90s night.. really? Really!

A couple of days ago I was out with some friends, and I was talking about Capital A and how I wanted to go on Thursday because it's 90s night. And come on, if there's anything that's as good as the 80s, it's the 90s. It's the next best thing. So anyway, he looks at me and says, are we getting that old, that they have something called 90s night? And he was absolutely right. I used to sing and dance to Prince's 1999, remember that song? Fine it was released in 1983, but that's not the point. The point is, it was still big in the 90s, alongside all of his songs, I love him, he's like a legend, not like a legend, he was a legend.. no.. he is a legend.. okkkkkk back to the point.. I used to go crazy to that song

OK, now think about it, 1999 was 11 years ago! Yes people, y2k was a decade ago.. Where does the time fly? And it does fly people, seriously. I thought they were kidding when they said life's too short.. Make the best of it, blah blah.. But they kid us not. We are getting older and what do we have to show for it? No clue. I wrote the letter by the way, to my future self (remember a few blogs back? Click here for a small recap). I'm still hoping to accomplish what I wrote, now focusing on love, you know why? Because when you're in love, accomplishments aren't a hassle anymore.. Why? I don't know.. Mysteries of love. Ahhh.. l'amourrr!
