As much as I've been enjoying being lazy every night, I'm tired of routines. Everyday, go to work, come back home, rest for a while, go to the gym come back home shower and watch TV and DVDs all night. I watched Case 39, which isn't all that, if you guys like a bit of horror, I highly recommend The Orphan, it's a cross between The Good Son and Hide and Seek, with quadruple the nail biting stress. Great thriller with a great ending. I also recommend Inglourious Basterds (Quentin Tarantino strikes again), Avatar (I was blown away, James Cameron was able to revolutionize the movie industry twice in 1 decade. He's phenomenal) Contrary to a lot of what people thought about it, I actually liked Nine very much. (a friend *cough*Coma*cough* and I were ready to give Kate Hudson a standing ovation for her Cinema Italiano performance) It's not your typical musical, nor is it the new Chicago, and definitely not another Moulin Rouge, this musical, had a star cast of women from every single generation, who proved to be multi talented and they are just beautiful and inspiring. To those who love cooking, or actually who ENJOY the ART of cooking, I guarantee you would love this movie, Julie & Julia. At one point I could smell the food (I was watching it on the plane so it was probably right before they served lunch, but that's not the point). 1. it actually inspired me to start a blog, and here I am 9 posts later and 2. I just wanted to go home and try to bone a duck (you'll understand what I mean once you watch it). And finally Princess and the Frog.. Yes you heard me, PRINCESS AND THE FROG. It is now one of my favourite Disney cartoons and it's super cute. Now I'm just looking forward to Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland.
So I decided, actually more like I have no choice, but to start going out. Hibernation is officially over! I have a full week ahead, a wedding at the end of the month and two trips first two weeks of March. And I'm actually looking forward to the hecticness of my full-day program (pre-hibernation). So I bid you Good night and sweet dreams!

Hibernation

Ok so summer was long and exhausting but so much fun, December? It was like a compressed summer.. Work everyday, out everynight.. I think my liver went on strike a couple of times. Everyone comes from out of town, so being the locals, we have to entertain, and entertain I did! Then New Year's, and despite everyone's opinion about it being crowded, HUSH was definitely the place to be, AGAIN (last year's Hush Party was the best in town). The music was out of this world, the theme was great, and what can I say, I have a weakness for the boys organizing it (Black Sheep and Republique). And if they throw a party next year, I'll be the first one there. So come January, and off to London I go. Wasn't how I planned my break to be, but it's London so I won't complain. One of my nights there I went to Supperclub (I'll blog about that another time) and I realized then and there, that 2010 was a year for change. A makeover (not necessarily physical) and I decided to take life less seriously. So break ended, back to work I went and hibernation began. Barely going out, sleep after work, dvd's all night. more sleep. My body seriously crashed oh and I also got sick. That wasn't fun either. So, to everyone who has an inner bear, enjoy hibernation period, because it'll end soon and before you know it, your liver will sue you!
