Bambi in the Kitchen?

Hey hey.. How's it going? Well, this being a blog that's all about randomness, mainly because I'm a very random person, which I'm not even sure makes a lot of sense, but in my head it does, I have an announcement to make. I have decided, that hopefully every weekend, I'll be cooking. Yup ya heard right. I will be trying out different recipes and I will hopefully remember to take pictures and post them. Why have I come to this decision? Because I love the kitchen, I love baking, I love creating.. and I know I'm good with desserts (I'm oozing modesty right now, don't kill this for me), so I thought, what the hell? I've always loved to do this, but have always been too lazy, and my promise to you will be my incentive. Fingers crossed.

Pie in the Sky

It has come to my realization that I rock in the kitchen. I am the queen of desserts. Trying out a few more recipes, if they work out, Betty Crocker beware, Bambi's gonna kick your ass! Ok that was harsh but it was an added drama value! At least I think so! Anyway, I'll give you the recipe soon I promise, but it's a long procedure. It took me 4 hours! Who knew apple pie takes that long? And it was my first time, so I'm guessing next time it'll take me less time to bake, and it'll taste even better. It's all those cooking blogs that got me in the mood. And besides Thai boxing, I think this is my second favorite thing that helps me release stress.. But that won't be a good thing, considering that all the pain, sweat and exhaustion at the gym goes to waste after one piece of pie! *sigh*
